Pre-req: have a feature branch pni-privacy-index

Dev Tasks

Create a new page type which will appear like a regular article on PNI:

  • On /articles it will be at the top when it is first released
  • We should be able to select it to be featured on the right side of /articles under "Popular"
  • We should be able to select it to be featured on PNI's homepage (hero and supporting pages)
  • New page can be created using this new page type and live on /articles/annual-consumer-creepometer
  • Factory is updated
  • Tests are created

Acceptance Criteria

  • as a CMS editor for PNI, I can create a new page using this new page type (page type name ConsumerCreepometerPage)
    • this page type is only available as a child page of BuyersGuideEditorialContentIndexPage (The PNI Articles Page)
    • I should be able to select it to be featured on the right side of /articles under "Popular"
    • I should be able to select it to be featured on PNI's homepage (hero and supporting pages)
  • It will be at the top when it is first released on /articles
