Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The automatic file exporter currently uploads VODs of all channels.

Describe the solution you'd like
A per-channel setting could be added to disable the auto-exporter for a whole channel. (similar to the existing 'Don't record streams' checkbox, but for video exports only)
