[Bug Report] The tutorial page is not terminated after first lauch

Description
After first launch the APP and finish the tutorial (Press "Confirm"). User can go back to the tutorial page by press "Back" button or scroll the screen to right. Once user enter the tutorial page again, there is no way to finish tutorial. User must completely close the APP to exit tutorial page

Steps to Reproduce

1. After first install APP
2. Open APP, go through the tutorial page
3. Confirm the Terms & Conditions
4. Press "Return" button or scroll screen to left
5. User entering endless tutorial page

Expected behavior

• Expected: After confirmed Terms & Conditions, the tutorial page should not show again.
• Actual: User can go back to tutorial page and can not exit unless completely close the APP
