A generic camera parameters detector was implemented similarly to https://github.com/GStreamer/gst-plugins-base/blob/master/tools/gst-device-monitor.c
Had to remove bitrate=8000 parameter to avoid incomplete image passing with low frame rates.
vcpkg was used for OpenCV building on Windows.
