Description: ConsensusPathDB (CPDB) integrates interaction networks in Homo sapiens (human), Saccharomyces cerevisiae (yeast), and Mus musculus (mouse). This includes binary and complex protein-protein, genetic, metabolic, signaling, gene regulatory and drug-target interactions, as well as biochemical pathways, from multiple public resources for interactions and the CPDB team's curation of the literature. The interaction data are integrated in a complementary manner (avoiding redundancies), resulting in a seamless interaction network containing different types of interactions.
Example records: RHEB NCBIGene:6009
participates in the following pathways:
- mtor signaling pathway
BIOCARTA:mtorpathway
- Phospholipase D signaling pathway - Homo sapiens (human)
KEGG.PATHWAY:hsa00120
- PIP3 activates AKT signaling
REACT:R-HSA-1257604
- Target Of Rapamycin (TOR) Signaling
WIKIPATHWAYS:WP1471
