This release of CAMP FHIR v1.0.4 is a special packaged release for the OHDSI FHIR-OMOP Connectathon 2023.
It includes a synthetic OMOP database using Synthea generated dataset, then transformed into OMOP using PIANO from https://www.evidentli.com/

Special Note: The OMOP 5.4 database excludes the CONCEPT_ANCESTOR and CONCEPT_RELATIONSHIP.

CAMPFHIR v1.0.1

This release includes added support for CAMPFHIR Eclipse Plugin GUI. In this release demo data is included here: \CAMPFHIR_1.0\CAMPFHIR_ECLIPSE\workspace\Demo_Database. Dbeaver is packaged into this version of eclipse to allow users to connect to this demo data or their native data. CAMPFHIR.jar and config.js allow CAMPFHIR to be run as a command line utility in place of using GUI.
