Issue

  • all higher taxa above family level
  • any duplicates from Specify restricted to the ones with the lowest taxonid ??
  • accepted/synonym column

Remarks

One could say all higher taxa are incorporated into the taxonomy due to the self join key "parentfullname"

Already covered by #1

Separate tickets for synonyms and hybrids will be created later, as these can wait for now.
