Fixing taxa with transcription errors

• Taxa with asterisk (*) in name
• Taxa with colon (:) in name
• Taxon names that appear to be author names like e.g. "L." and "(Wallr.) Löve" (look for punctuation and parentheses)

@FedorSteeman This task cannot be completed due to regular time out errors as mentioned in NHMDenmark/DanSpecify#183 and correcting names is problematical due to NHMDenmark/DanSpecify#179

I necromanced NHMDenmark/DanSpecify#114 to revisit this very annoying issue.

NHMDenmark/DanSpecify#179 can be avoided by working solely in the taxon tree for now, weherever possible

In conjunction with #74, I've compiled most of the remaining issues in this file in a spreadsheet with the 137 remaining "problematic taxa". These would need a closer look by an expert or even having the original herbarium sheet looked at, because of difficulties with the transcription:
