Parallel to #756 and #757, create a markdown guide on the wiki for re-creating the tests in a relative fashion:

Components to document

  • ngen build configuration
  • forcing data
  • hydrofabric
  • realization references to commited realization files
  • parallel partitioning
  • ngen run commands
  • Other (add to this list as needed)
