At which URL did you encounter the problem?

http://localhost/Skosmos/iptc/en/page/02012000?clang=en

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Use IPTC with content & UI language English
  2. Browse individual concept pages under IPTC Subject Code

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

On some concept pages, where the concept has a label both in English (GB) and Finnish, the Finnish preferred label is shown, together with the message "There is no term for this concept in this language."
It would be more appropriate to show the en-GB label without such a message.
