Settings Randomization

For your ban safety, most of the numeric settings in the config.json are now slightly randomized automatically every time they are read. In order to avoid being flagged by Nia's ban algorithms, we want to avoid looking like a bot and doing the same things over and over.

For example, if we always catch exactly 998 pokemon every day and do that over a month, then that's pretty easy to detect as being non-human and bot-like.
