Backport v0.6.0 from main
embedded-sdmmc updates.
Prints UTF-8 files to the console, if they fit in the TPA.
Lets you execute a script as if the user had typed those bytes into the console.
Also handle big off-screen cursor positions.
These let me know if a file has been accidentally truncated somewhere.
