- Adds a bare-metal target to docs.rs, and documents an undocumented function.
- Moved the Cortex-m linker script into the SDK so applications don't have to have a copy
- Update actions
- Fixed the asmhello sample
- Added more docs to the linker script
Breaking change to the SDK, so bump the version now.

The string length was not a multiple of 4, so the load of the 32-bit length failed :/
