vmaf_rc: if no model is specified, enable v0.6.1 by default #730

When calling vmaf_rc with no --model flag, instead of bailing, VMAF model v0.6.1 is now enabled by default. This only works if compiled with built-in models, otherwise the behavior is the same as the previous version, a model file path must be explicitly provided.
