1.columns支持配置rowSpan、colSpan
2.支持行自动高度，使用autoRowHeight:true开启。启用此选项后，行内容将进行自动换行，以及会被行内容的实际渲染高度所撑高。此配置一定程度上会牺牲一些性能。
