Description
A lot of the setup code (
NewNibiruTestAppAndContext,NewNibiruTestApp) was duplicated between thesimappandtestapppackages. This PR deduplicates usage and cleans up redundant genesis state artifacts from when we used the centralized oracle.Purpose
Improves testing developer experience.
