PhotochemPy v0.2.5

This is the first "Release" of PhotochemPy. There is no specific feature recently implemented that makes this first release notable. I'm making this release mainly to improve documentation of the development of the code.

Recent notable changes:

• The code use to use a Fortran 77 interface to the CVODE ODE integrator. I switched to the modern Fortran interface. This significantly increases the number of Fortran and C compilers that will successfully build the code.
• I switched to a CMake build system, which makes compilation more platform independent. However, Windows still doesn't quite seem to work.
• I now use skbuild to compile and install the python module.
• I recently added templates for modeling Saturn and Mars. The Saturn template reproduces Moses et al. (2000), and observations of Saturn.
