This PR adds "Identify" button on the Node's screen.
It also improves the auto-configuration algorithm for the case when the Health Server isn't bound to any App Key.
Instead of sending an existing key it will create a new one with Key Index set to 4095 (max allowed) as a "safe key to share". This way no important App Key is shared to an untrusted Node.
