Update to Exposure mapping
The update to the mapping functionality in the UI now allows the user to perform accumulation analyses by drawing circles onto the map to identify potential “hotspots” of exposure. The user defines the accumulation radii and multiple circles can overlap across the map.
The total ground-up (GU) TIV and risk-level information such as street address within each accumulation is presented in the UI. The user can also adjust the damage ratio which updates the accumulation and associated risk-level TIV’s.
The risks contained within each selected accumulation can be exported as .csv location files and re-modelled as independent portfolios. This gives the user the ability to perform more detailed analytics on specific areas of the portfolio.
Accumulations can also be run by country and at sub-regional level for specific countries. The scope of geography covered will continue to develop.
