Consider wrapping generator properties passed to generator methods in Context DTOs

As per #192 (comment), there is some parameters duplication coming from repeated passing of context to generated methods.

This suggests that a lot of operations are being repeated without any need.

After looking at this again, I don't think it is worth fixing for now, as it would just make the code less readable.

It is worth re-considering if there is a push for exposing some of the lower level generator APIs to userland.
