Enabled Back Compat Testing on all iOS, Android, and Web versions of the SDK.
This works by enabling our build pipeline to look for dedicated versions of the Host on the respective Platforms and checking out that versions code and set of E2E tests to ensure the changes made on TeamsJS will not break a host.
