Fails to hide certain files

Expected Behaviour

File gets hidden

Actual Behaviour

Nothing happens and file stays visible

Steps to Reproduce

0. In Obsidian Settings>Files & links, make sure "Detect all file extensions" on turned ON.
1. Grab a folder icon for macOS in .icns format
2. ⌘I on the Obsidian Vault folder
3. Drag and drop the .icns on the top left folder icon to change its icon
   (it gets added as a hidden file inside obsidian folder, then visible in the Obsidian file tree)
4. In Obsidian, right click on the "Icon" file appearing in the file tree, and select Hide
