Term Poll

You can find here a source code for a simple term poll website that sends the answers to an e-mail

Before you start

If you want to use it, you need to:

• Enter your e-mail in the submit.php file.
• Fill in the dates you want to poll for in the days.js file.
• Optionally, you can change some of the text if you like.
