Can't delete an infra with dead sections

What happened?

When trying to delete an infrastructure which contains dead sections from the front, it doesn't work
When checking the browser's network tab, I see that the delete request returns a 500.

What did you expect to happen?

Delete it successfully

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

1. Go to Carto tool
2. Open the infrastructure selection tool
3. Open the edition tool
4. (optional) Add an infra with dead sections
5. Delete an infra which you know has dead sections in it

What operating system, browser and environment are you using?

• Browser: Firefox v109
• OS: Ubuntu
• Env: Dev
