The auth service should be added as submodule to this repo instead.

Also as a side note. The authentication code changed on main. Maybe we should update the feature branch first and resolve the conflicts here. |

This PR contains a POC for a OIDC/oauth2 integration into OpenSlides. The dev setup is based on keycloak.
