Changes proposed in this Pull Request

  • Add a sidebar widget area to the license pages

Testing instructions

  • Go to Appearance > Widgets. There should be a new widget area named "License Sidebar".
  • Add a new widget to the "License Sidebar" widget area.
  • View any license on the front-end. The added widget should be visible.
