Short URLs

This release now uses a link shortener when an API key is set, and a normal redirect otherwise. It now defaults to copying to clipboard when an API key is set, and normal functionality otherwise.

New API

This release uses the new API from Guardian Project for fetching a variety of mirrors. It also includes minimal support for Tor, and options for copying mirror links directly to the clipboard instead of visiting them in the browser.

Updated string translations for new features are pending in a point release.
