BLAST issue

I was using user genome group with 449 genomes for this BLAST job. Is this too many for BLAST input? Could this be an issue?

Hi Maulik, I've tried blast today, and the error message has changed to "Not a valid version 4 database"
Just trying to be helpful with some feedback :)) Thanks for looking into this
