In the current version of this thesaurus "http://localhost/plosthes.2017-1" is used as a base URI. It think it is not a good base uri. You might have to change it

Dear PLOS team, 

when looking at two (nearly) random classes of the PLOSTHES:

http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/PLOSTHES/?p=classes&conceptid=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2Fplosthes.2017-1%238193

I see that the fields ID, source and Synonym contain URLs 
with "localhost" in them (see also the URLs above).

This means that links dont work, and in general it looks wrong.
