Unable to build tag 1.7.2 because of missing commit in uavcan library

Hello team,

I can't build tag 1.7.2 because the submodule of libuavcan is missing the commit to which this version was released. There could be some issue with that repository. I am facing the following issue on updating submodules.

fatal: reference is not a tree: e1c9a4f5064a336295125da25c0542a5cd601dd7
Unable to checkout 'e1c9a4f5064a336295125da25c0542a5cd601dd7' in submodule path 'src/modules/uavcan/libuavcan'

I have also searched the libuavcan repo for this particular commit. It is not present in the repo anymore. Please help.
