This PR moves the AK09916 magnetometer driver to the new work queue and mag helper class. There was a surprising amount of unused cruft in this driver, and it didn't even have a device type.
I don't actually have one of these. @AndreasAntener or @julianoes could you give it a quick try?
Note, you'll have to recalibrate or manually change the device id parameter.
