Windows build is very slow #31

Randy's issue turned out to be his anti-virus scanner. Two minutes is not unreasonable for a non-SSD system; expect about 1 minute on an OS X or Linux system with an SSD (worse if Eclipse is involved). Six minutes and I would be looking for potential issues, but without knowing whether the above are Windows systems I'm not sure how to scale. |

Much better. I will leave it open until we have a make export tutorial, since eventually that is what windows users need. |

Custom mavlink mode for parachute
Randy reports build times up to 25 minutes (Windows 7 / 64bit, 1 year old dual-core intel Laptop). Will get additional info and a baseline build time on one of our machines.
