@hamishwillee Not yet sure if this will be the correct link, that section will be autogenerated as soon as the pull request on the firmware side will be merged.

Might be worth also listing the standard VTOL sdf file here?

Looks pretty good overall.

Can you update this bit to mention the name of the option as it will appear in QGC. This does make me think that perhaps we need to name the airframe "HIL Standard VTOL QuadPlane" or similar??

Select a compatible airframe you want to test. Generally you'll select HILStar for Fixed Wing/X-Plane simulator and a HIL QuadCopter option for copters (and jMAVSim or Gazebo). Then click "Apply and Restart" on top-right of the Airframe Setup page.
