Summary
The previous version of 'persistent_bottom_nav_bar' was causing errors for widget testing so I upgraded It and fixed breaking changes.
The implementation of providers were also causing errors ,so I changed the previous implementation.
Coincidentally , the upgrade fixes issue #520 and #459 as well.
