Sending a SIGINT terminated the gridss process but left lock files around. Subsequent run failed as a result:

ERROR 2017-05-04 11:30:56 CallVariants Aborting since lock /data/stafford/out/gridss.lock.SFRC01022-sarcoid.sv.vcf already exists. GRIDSS does not support multiple simulatenous instances running on the same data.

Signals should be handled more cleanly. Incidentally simultaneous is incorrectly spelt.
