fix: jira issues not loading when there's an img in the description

Fix #10487

The cheerio package made a breaking change: https://github.com/cheeriojs/cheerio/releases

Updating the way we import the package fixes this bug. I removed inlineImages file as it looks like it was dead code using the cheerio package, not imported anywhere.

To test

• Import a Jira issue into Sprint Poker that has an image in the description, e.g. this one: https://georg-company-managed2.atlassian.net/browse/COM-1
• In master, no issues show up and we get the load bug in the console
• In this branch, they do show up
