Description
the
imageUploadblock wouldn't register clicks when moving from an unfocused to focused state.it also wouldn't go away when the placeholder scrolled out of view.
this isn't perfect, but to get to perfect we'll have to completely redo the expanded reflection stack, which probably isn't worth it.
