Nuxt 3 Minimal Starter

Minimal reproduction of the Look at the CSS not included in dynamic pages (200.html) when statically generating/hosting. (3.6.0) to issue report.

Run npm run generate then deploy to a server.

Try opening the /pregen and /dynamic pages. The pregen page has the red css box, while the dynamic does not. It should.
