PR description
We want regular automated testing of the application across a variety of jdk's. This add's a Jenkins job description that runs across a number of common ones. More to come later but this lets the jenkins job get started. The commented out lines would switch this to run the builds in parallel rather than sequential, unfortunately when it's switched to run in such a manner we start getting various test failures due to resource starvation on the build boxes.
