All content from the readme.md is now included in Read the Docs.
Settings change to make the navigation Minor wording changes.

Still altering some settings to get the online builds to work in the readthedocs.yaml.
There are local builds in this with documentation. I have started moving the contents of the readme into Read the Docs.
