Relative paths are now resolved on Windows.

DllMain is added by pxr_shared_library instead of being in each module. The definition of DllMain is hidden in Arch.

The use of SCL_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS has been removed.

The command line tools (usdcat, usddiff etc) works as per tutorials.
MAYA plugin exporter works as per tutorials.
KATANA USD_IN node works as per tutorials.

* linux build

* linux build fix after merge with usd_diff dll change

* cmake changes: PYTHON_LIBRARY_DIR

gcc 4.8 does not fully support c++14, at least cmake thinks so and uses c++1y instead.

* return to c++14 and update to gcc5.4

* get also OmniverseClient executables bulding for linux
