  • Register PECO on OBO
  • Change this repo to use PECO IDs (use same numbers)
  • Add alt_ids PECO->EO
  • Create a legacy file for original EO
  • Work with external groups to migrate

I noticed that the EO is still browsable on the OLS, yet the links to the files are broken.
@cmungall should we get rid of that file : https://github.com/OBOFoundry/purl.obolibrary.org/blob/master/config/eo.yml ? I am assuming here that this is how the OLS is still finding EO.
