Cloning mandate doesn't copy IBAN/BIC #420

If you're trying to clone an older mandate, IBAN and BIC aren't copied. The culprit is an old change (9301bf7) which introduces a limit to the IBANs in the selection dropdown, which the clone process then selects.

I can't remember why I did this, but I'd like to remove it.
