When handling very large SEPA groups (e.g. update, close, mark received) there is a chance you run into timeout problems.

We should provide a way of dealing with those groups.

There still seems to be an issue, the changes seem to cause issues with mandates with a non-monthly interval to collect monthly.

Reason is that the process setting the mandates from status FRST to RCUR upon the closing of the FRST group was damaged.
