If you miss submitting your group in time, the desired collection date cannot be met anymore.

Currently, the system offers you to move the collection date to the next possible collection date based on the notice period, but it doesn't verify that this date also complies with the bank's valid collection dates according to the "exclude weekends" and and a possible implementation of the defer_collection_date hook. This should be changed.
