Issue Page

The Issue page is a form that allows developers and other contributors to more easily fix reported bugs.

1. The title is a short description of the bug or issue.
2. The author bar displays who opened the issue and when.
3. The Labels bloc displays labels attached by developers and other staff, which allow us to more easily sort and prioritise issues.
4. The body of the issue provides a much more descriptive explanation of the issue.
