The new Qiskit Ecosystem theme substantially improves the site's design and aligns it with IBM's Carbon design requirements. It's more functional for users, too, with e.g. a sticky left-sidebar.
Even though there's a decent chance the ecosystem site moves to IBM's platform, this new theme substantially improves the user experience in the meantime.
This uses the IBM variant of the Qiskit Ecosystem theme: a blue accent color and the IBM Quantum logo.
Docs build speed stays around the same, 3.5 minutes.
