Ixia-Chassis-Shell-2G 3.1.2

This is a fix version, no new functionality.
This version tries both connections methods to the chassis. First, it tries the low-level connection method as it seems that this is the only method supported by the latest versions of the chassis. If the low-level method fails, it tries the high-level connection method, assuming that one of the methods will work.
