Replace the default FileBrowser with a custom one for drives,
drivesbrowser. JupyterLab will now open automatically with the custom FileBrowser activated. The contents appearing in the custom FIleBrowser have been included for testing purposes incontents.ts, but will later be replaced with real contents of a drive.The logic for modifying the default toolbar has also been added.
