qvm-run gets --no-shell option allowing to run specific command with multiple arguments, avoiding complex shell escaping; this option is enabled by default, if there are multiple arguments in place of command to run
Non-backward compatible change: files describing qrexec service (/etc/qubes-rpc/*) must now be either scripts (with executable bit set) or a socket, or a symlink to any of those; non-executable files are no longer interpreted as scripts.
"old" Template Manager functionality integrated into Qube Manager (select multiple VMs, then right click and choose template to change). New Template Manager does more what it says - allows to manage (list, install, update, remove) templates.
Revision pushed. At @marmarek's request, I have gone through the above search results and added almost all of them (except those that seem to either be obvious duplicates or things that will not be done in time for 4.1). I wasn't sure exactly which open issues would be done in time, so I erred on the side of adding when in doubt. This means that the list almost certainly contains many items that will have to be removed before finalizing this document.
